Réponse: Malheureusement non, c'est une question de sécurité.
"Concernant Breaking Dawn, les normes de sécurité ne concernent en rien les fans. C'est normal avec un film de cette envergure de renforcer la sécurité. L'équipe et les acteurs seront là pour 5 jours de travail intense.
Nous espérons que les choses se déroulent à merveille. A cet instant, il s'agit du tournage d'un film et non de sa promotion. Quelques conditions sont déterminées par les producteurs.
Nous avons fait notre travail en rendant possible le tournage de Breaking Dawn à Rio. En plus d'apporter des fonds et promouvoir notre ville, ça apportera un réalisme supplémentaire au film.
Voyons les choses du bon côté. Accueillir le tournage de Breaking Dawn ici est mieux que rien, non? Alors, fêtons ça!"

As Sergio Sá Leitão, CEO of RioFilme reported yesterday, it's official: Breaking Dawn will be shoot in Rio. Today he gave us more information via twitter.
Question: Is there any chance of there being an event for fans that Robert and Kristen might attend?
Answer: Unfortunately no, it's a matter of a security issue.
"In regards to Breaking Dawn... The safety standards have nothing to do with fans. It's normal with a movie that big to have a tight security. The cast and crew will be here for five days of intense work.
It's our hope that everything runs smoothly and on time. At this point we are dealing with a film being shot and not a promotional tour. Some of the conditions are determined by the producers.
We did our part by making it feasible for Breaking Dawn to be shot in Rio. This filming is bringing in funfs and promoting our city and it's also giving a better realism to the film.
Let's look on the bright side. Having Breaking Dawn filmed here is better than nothing, right? So let's celebrate!"
